I understand the potential for risk and danger involved with these materials that are beyond the control and responsibility of POKE TATTOO PACKS. Fully understanding these potential risks and dangers, I irrespectively and freely agree to assume all risks (known and unknown) and release any responsibility from POKE TATTOO PACKS and it's employees for any injury, death, illness or property damages occurred. Responsibilities of the Buyer: I certify that I will have adequate medical insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating in this activity, or else agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself.
