We can issue full or partial refunds under the following circumstances:

-An item you have received is broken or damaged
-Your purchase is lost or damaged in the mail
We cannot offer refunds under the following circumstances:
-You change your mind
-You do not enjoy your purchase
We are able to cancel your order as long as it has not been processed or dispatched. If your order has been processed or dispatched we cannot cancel or refund your order. If you wish to cancel your order and are not sure of its status, please get in touch.
We are only able to accept returns or exchanges if your 'Pack' product has not been opened and remains sealed with original branded packaging. Return postage costs and packaging are your responsibility. Original postage will be deducted from your refund total. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send you through a return/exchange slip.
