How is Covid-19 effecting us?
Updates on the current ever-changing challenges
Due to delays within a number of shipping companies, we are experiencing some delays in the processing and delivery times of orders. We always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will continue to do everything we can to make this happen. Thank you for your patience and understanding in these tricky times.
We are doing our very best to get your orders dispatched quickly but ask customers to expect a 1-5 business day processing time at the moment (this is on top of shipping time, not including shipping time). There are currently some significant delays within our shipping providers that may cause further delay on your parcel reaching you. Express postage will still be prioritised over standard postage, however can not be guaranteed to be delivered during the usual 1-3 business days at this time.

The safety of our staff and our customers is of huge importance to us. Given the nature of our products, we have always operated with hygiene in the forefront of everything we do. This includes our packing areas being kept immaculate, staff wearing clean clothes, gloves and face coverings. During this pandemic, we have maintained all of these safety measures as well as implemented further precautions to make sure our products, customers and staff are all safe. At this time, we are only allowing two staff members to work in any one location at a time, staff sanitise hands and forearms regularly (as well as of course continuing to wear gloves), anyone presenting any sort of symptoms will not pack or interact with any stock until they have been tested and come back with a negative result for Covid-19. We do not manufacture and/or bottle higher risk products such as ointments, gels, inks, needles, they are manufactured and sealed in a certified sterile environment by brands we distribute and include in our pack products.
POSTAGE + PROCESSING DELAYS:
Auspost/all post systems are experiencing some delays due to effects of Covid-19. This means it is taking us longer to receive some of our stocks as well as taking auspost longer to deliver your parcel. Due to current restrictions in Victoria there are less staff processing mail within shipping companies and less staff in our office able to pack you orders at one time. We ask customers to be aware there may be delays of varying extremes (depending on your location and the postage service you select) receiving your order.

Standard Postage: Moderate Delays 1-4 business day processing time + 2-6 business days shipping time
Express Postage: Moderate Delays 1-4 business day processing time + 1 -3 business days shipping time
Australia (all other states)
Standard Postage: Moderate Delays 1-4 business day processing time + 2-9 business days shipping time
Express Postage: Moderate Delays 1-4 business day processing time + 1-4 business days shipping time
Standard Postage: Significant Delays 1-4 business day processing time +18-25 business days shipping time
Express Postage: Prioritised over standard postage but with Significant Delays 1-4 business day processing time +
10 - 20 business days shipping time
All other locations outside Australia
Standard Postage: Significant Delays (20-30 business days)
